before my workout i decided to have 10egg whites and 2 cups of cooked rice for breakfast..im not trying to cutup ...

does this look like a good breakfast 2 hours before a workout?

Sounds a lot to me, at least i would definately wont be able to have a good workout after eating 10eggwhites and 2 cups of rice

You should cut it in half and take it 45-60 minutes before.

What cutting or bulking has to do with it I don't know since that could easily be a meal for both.

Eat the rice 1-2 hours before the workout and egg whites right after you work out

Eat as much protein and as much carbs as you want first thing in the morning. If you are not trying to cut, eat like 2-3 whole eggs and 7-8 egg whites. Rice isn't bad, but for breakfast i prefer oatmeal. Usually 1 or 1 1/2 cups. You want protein and carbs preworkout, how much you eat is how much you feel comfortable eating. But eat alot!

*Shakes head*. Do what Bobo said, 45-60 minutes before you work out have new carbs and protein introduced into your body. After you workout have a protein shake and something that causes an insulin spike, high glycemic load.

Halfway during my workout I also have a small serving of protein, 5-10 grams.
