Okay I have been bulking straight for 8 months some of it was dirty and i got fat not alot but i want to drop 20 pound then clean bulk for 2 years
okay here's my current diet
6:00am
6 eggs
2 peices of toast
8:00
protein bar
2 cups of milk
10:30
protien bar
12:00
turkey sandwhitch
4:00
protein shake

7:00
protein shake

8:00
1 large pack of tuna
rice
broccli



okay how to i change this to cutting?

cut out the toast,bread ,riceand milk and add in more broccoli..

You could maybe add up the calories and actually see if its close to your maintenance levels then adjust accordingly.

1 cup of oats

cashews handfull


10:30
protien bar

12:00
turkey low carb wrap

4:00
protein shake with bcaas

6:00
protein shake with bcaas tsbp of olive oil

8:00
1 large pack of tuna
Large salad with low fat dressing
broccli

NO! Add up the calories and macro's FIRST ABOVE ALL ELSE!

You will never achieve ongoing fat loss if you don't even know what your maintenance calorie are and adjust accordingly over time as you progress. The first thing to do of any diet is find out what your maintenance calories are.

How tall are you, how much you weigh and whats your bf%?

If your maintenance is around 2100 but you are eating 2368 there is your first problem. How can you drop bf when you are taking in more than you are burning. To create a proper deficit you will need to burn and additional 700 calories through exercise and adjust accordingly as you drop weight.

my matenece with cardio is 3000 i am eating around 2500

You doing 900 calories of cardio per day?
