weight loss i need help!!!

hi my name is dean and i am 18 well just turned, i have been going to the gym for over a year now and i am 17.8lb i was 19.8 so well over weight, can any one tell me how many times a day i have to eat to lose weight coz i was told to eat 5-6 times a day (little and often) but i am not sure. plus i need to no what to eat and when to eat it coz i want to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time can any one give me a set list of what to eat and when to eat it i would really appreciate it thanks DEAN'O

p.s here is my work out.

mon: incline bench press, decline bench press, flat bench press, flys, standing barbell curls, bent over barbell curls, close grip barbell curl,

tue: sitting pulldowns, bent over barbell raises, chin ups, dead lifts, Tricep Extensions, rope

break

thur: front shoulder press, lateral raises, front raises, shrugs,Cable Upright Rows

fri: sitting quad raises, sitting calf raises, bent over hamstring raises, sit ups with medicine ball, hanging knee ups.

cardio once or twice a week mostly once !!! cheers

how tall are you? anyway u lost 20 lbs so u are making progress..eat protein each of ur meals..3 of them eat only protein..the other 3 eat green vegetables or letuce or a cup of oatmeal..no dairy products..no sugar..

alright mate i am 6ft i forgot to say i went right down to 17.1 stone any way here is a set eating list i have written yesterday can u tell me if this is ok of if i need to modify it in some wat if so could u leave sone suggestions thanks!!!!

you gotta lose weight on that menu..u already have made great progress so keep focussed and you will be ready to put your pic on magazine covers...lol
