hi my name is dean and i am 18 well just turned, i have been going to the gym for over a year now and i am 17.8lb i was 19.8 so well over weight, can any one tell me how many times a day i have to eat to lose weight coz i was told to eat 5-6 times a day (little and often) but i am not sure. plus i need to no what to eat and when to eat it coz i want to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time can any one give me a set list of what to eat and when to eat it i would really appreciate it thanks DEAN'O

mon: incline bench press, decline bench press, flat bench press, flys, standing barbell curls, bent over barbell curls, close grip barbell curl,
tue: sitting pulldowns, bent over barbell raises, chin ups, dead lifts, Tricep Extensions, rope
break
thur: front shoulder press, lateral raises, front raises, shrugs,Cable Upright Rows
fri: sitting quad raises, sitting calf raises, bent over hamstring raises, sit ups with medicine ball, hanging knee ups.
cardio once or twice a week mostly once !!! cheers
