What are you guy's's opinions on the best way to add muscle while limiting the amount of fat that you gain during a bulking period?

I actually have the same question ...


so far i've been on a bulking diet for about 2 months now ... i just watch my carb, protein and fat intake ... i try to keep the fat to a minimum

right now i have about 20g of fat / day

carbs and proteins up in the 200s grams / day

eat 2 grams ptotein per body lbs and lift heavy weight ..eat veggies and deo cardio on off days..

For the guys who eat 2g of protein per body weight / day ....



wth do you guys eat if you weight 190-200lbs to get 2g of protein per body weight ?????


i'm 195 and i find it VERY hard to find good/healthy food to get up over 200g / day and I try not to eat the same stuff over and over again ...

I eat rice and tuna every day lol but i'm afraid to do it twice a day or im gonna get sick of freakin tuna

Haha I love tuna i have no problems eating it at all i just think i might get sick of it quickly if i start eating it more than once a day lol

ye tuna is really gud 4 ya but it is a bit dry and bland on its own dose any one no of any thing i can put on it it wet it a bit but it cant b fatty or have lost of carbs as i am cutting down!!

That Yorkie, if you get the right type of hot sauce you can put it on anthing and make it better, eggs, oatmeal, protein powder, etc, hot sauce is great. You can also put a tomato slice or two with your tuna, some light mayo, garlic powder for flavor, lemon-pepper, pepper, red pepper, salt. It takes flavors really well.

actually my favoriote is jalapeno flavored ranch dressing....
