im having a hard time cutting weight now for some reason my diets the same but i went up in weight im not really sure y but i want to cut down enough to have a six pack by end of feb. or march any suggestions of training i should do

u gotta cut back on high glycemic carbs and eat less calories while having the required amt of protein..cut out most fats too..that should do it..

gotta learn to count grants by looking at portion size,protein grams,carb grams,sugar grams ..look at ingredients..sugar=crn fructose so becareful..no sugar like the big man said..

Any diet will eventually stagnate...It doesn't matter how crazy and intense it is. The body will eventually figure what you're doing to it and adapt. That's human nature. The way you beat that is by changing shit up. Trick your body and keep it guessing, just like you would with weights.

It's been shown in research that if you increase your cardio but keep the diet the same, you'll hold onto more lean mass than dieting alone. So increase cardio, watch the diet and you'll stay bigger and drop some fat

Here's what i've learned... cut out CARBS after 6pm or 4 hrs before bedtime... increase ur protein intake 2g per lb of bodyweight... cardio in the mornings @ low intensity for 45mins 5 times per week except on leg days. So high protein/moderate carbs/moderate good fats should be what ur macros consist of.

should I be doing alot of cardio? I want to gain mass but not much bf. i love being lean
