30 lbs. no problem...you ready for hell? Yeah...Good because the only way you're going to do that is ZERO CARB holmes. Do you know what that is like? No, you say? Well, if you're man enough to do it I hope you pack plenty O' Fiber cause you gonna need it for your pipes. Oh yeah, you'll probably want to do 45 minutes everyday for the first week, then 45, 20 everyday the second week, 45-30 the third week, then 45-45 everyday to finish. Oh yeah it's brutal dude. I've done it, It worked well, And i'll never do it again. But you have to try it at least once, then tell me how do you feel after two days. Oh yeah, do you have any personal records on any lifts? Cause if you do you can at least plan on those dropping about 2-5 lbs everyday. Also, you're going to experience the "floating in thin air" feeling, When you go low-zero carb you have virtually no energy, so you feel like you are floating, yeah it's weird. Oh and for supplements...there's only one that got me through the day, and that was lots and lots of ephedra. That is the shit! I live near the border of Ol' Mexico so obtaining it isn't really a problem, but just don't overdose on it, I got nosebleeds when i did and light headed-ness.
This in my opinion, is the only way to Realistically reach your goals. I did it, you can too...good luck. P.S.
