You want a bulk diet. Read some articles on bb.com, make your own diet, and post it for suggestions. Instead of "gaining as much muscle as possible" make a determinable goal such as gain 10lbs this year or drop bf 10% otherwise you are wandering aimlessly and lack motivation. You will never know if you met your goal because you failed to set one.

very very true.

base diet would include milk, steak, chicken, pasta, tons of vegetables, tuna, eggs, nuts, beans, rice, anything wholegrain, cheese, most lean cuts of meat, water, oats, and maybe some fruit..but be careful of the sugars in fruit.
theres a lot more foods than this but this is all i can think up atm lol

k, now what you gotta do is work out which foods you beleive are most important in reaching your goals, and how to get them in ur system on a busy day or what not, and which ones you can afford to be buying all the time ect.

my diet usually revolves around dairy food stuff and meats. milk is by far the biggest base food in my diet (in that i drink soo much of it a day its not even funny)
