Nah i won't go in holidays, will train instead, i just hate that fucking remaining fat lol.
Here is my diet : 8-9am : 100g of special k and one glass of juice fruit, that's bout 20g proteins , 11am : 60g of oatmeals, 1pm : pasta or brown bread with 100g of meat (chicken or turkey), 3pm : 130g of tuna packed in water with brown bread: 5-5.30pm : protein shake, 6pm workout till 9, its different everyday at this meal but its about 600cal with 35ish g of proteins, then before going bed 2 glasses of milk and 2low fat yaourt
I want to try L-carnitine, idk if that works tho? |
