Loosing fat

Well first of all, hi everyone
I'm 179lbs and like 18-20% body fat (i'm not sure of it)
I started hard training 4months ago, i'm 15btw.
I was obese 2years ago (240lbs) and have rest of fat that i'd like to get ride of...
I eat about 180g of proteins a day in like 6-7meals, which is like bout 3200cal.
I'd like to get to 10% bodyfat and need help with that :/

well you gotta drop to 1800-1900 calries so get out the boiled chicken breast and cans of albacore tuna packed in water.tho you still gotta eat your veggies..179 lbs is something you can kind of grow into @ 15 you got another 4-5-6 yrs of growing I know guys who were 5'5" inchs at 15 and ended up over 6"..but you wont loose much @ 3200 calries so you gotta cut down till the bf gets where u are comfortable..I suppose you are working out..so keep working out and it will happen..

I'm not growing anymore lol, i'm 6 inch for 3years
Btw should i do cardio when i go training( i train 7days7, i wanna be pro lol)
I walk 1miles every morning to go school, is that good? or i should add bike in my program, ty

You're still 15, even though you havent grown since you were 12 doesnt mean you're finished. I didnt reach 6' until I was about 17. I've had a good experience cutting with elliptical and bike plus walking. Personally I stopped running as often because everytime I incorporate it into my cardio, I wind up losing more muscle than necessary.

How long did you ride a week? and did u train between 130-140puls? (heard these are the beatings for loosing fat)

i do skipping for cardio...doesn,t cost much.dont need a gym,dont have to go anywhere and it works quickly lol

I did cardio for 4 days a week as well as lifting still. I would just go for calorie burn. Average was 1000, and I'd split it between 500 bike and 500 walking or I'd substitute one of which for the elliptical.

i do skipping after my calf and legs work out its gives ur great calf man My calfs were 17 " when i was 18 and now i am 19 My calf are 20" aand i wanna make them abt 24 inches .Best thing for cutting down fat is cardio jst jogg for abt 30 mins after work out 3 - 4 days a week u see the result in 8 weeks time. thats all!

if u do 30 min cardio after liftin..chances are all ur glycogen was used up liftin...so what u r burning doing cardio is muscle tissue..not the way to get big muscles..

I can't get down to 1800-1900cals rkl, best i can do is 2500 with nice amount of complex carbs and proteins, I need tips really...

cut up 1/2 head of lettuce..put vinegar and lemon juice on it and a can of tuna..3 hours later do it to the other half..this will cut calories back..u can do it..summers coming and u wanna be able to take ur shirt off in public...right?

Nah i won't go in holidays, will train instead, i just hate that fucking remaining fat lol.
Here is my diet : 8-9am : 100g of special k and one glass of juice fruit, that's bout 20g proteins , 11am : 60g of oatmeals, 1pm : pasta or brown bread with 100g of meat (chicken or turkey), 3pm : 130g of tuna packed in water with brown bread: 5-5.30pm : protein shake, 6pm workout till 9, its different everyday at this meal but its about 600cal with 35ish g of proteins, then before going bed 2 glasses of milk and 2low fat yaourt
I want to try L-carnitine, idk if that works tho?
