Hey guys im new here and one thing that I have been getting mixed opinions on is the timing of my diet. Is it better to eat every 1 1/2 hours, or a little bigger meal every three hours?

I would eat every 3 hours. By the time you prepare the food and eat it you almost have to start preparing eating again. Make the meals you can in advance (which you might already do). Eating every 1.5hrs really isn't necessary.
