hey guys

I need a diet plan, can anyone help me out, or guide me the way to finding one. Also is cottage cheese any good for dieting. Ill eat about anything so if ur giving advice, u can put anything down, fish, meat, anything. thanks all

Low fat cottage cheese. Tuna fish in water, egg whites (17 calories with 3.6 grams of protein for large egg whites), fish in general, lean turkey breast, chicken, lean cuts of meat, oatmeal, peanutbutter(like a serving or two a day for the essential fats), apples, bannanas, fruits with low gl loads, water, low fat milk.

I SUPPOSE YOU ARE TRYING TO GET BIG..SO EAT EVERY 3 HOURS (EXCEPT WHEN YOU ARE SLEEPING) EAT MEAT FISH EGGS WITH VEGATABLES/SALAD/FRUIT/SWEET POTATOES....OR HAVE A CHEESSE BURGER ...IF YOU R TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT EASY..DO 1 CAN OF ALBACORE TUNA EVERY 3 HOURS ('CEPT WHEN U SLEEPING) OR 12 EGG WHITES OR A CHEESE BURGER WITH NO BUN ..DO THIS FOR 2 WEEKS THEN ADD IN VEGGIES AND SALAD YOU GUARANTEED TO LOSE WEIGHT

THAT'S A GOOD PLAN FOR CUTTING WEIGHT..OR JUST CUTTING BODY FAT..THO PEANUT BUTTER IS HIGH IN CALORIES..ESPECIALLY IF U EAT THE WWHOLE JAR..U MUST BE 1 HEALTHY DUDE!

bulk up and lose just a little body fat, im not small to begin with but im not heavy like fat. Im 5'9" 155 so yea trying to get bigger overall
