What do you think about a bowl of old fashioned Quaker Oats mixed with skim milk and adding 2 Splenda? Is the Splenda killing it? I'm not really bulking or cutting at the moment, just trying to get my diet on track and get back into the gym on a semi daily basis before I start doing some bulking.
