when nutritionist, book or magazine, talk of calories he talk that it is necessary quantity calories you lost in training =calories you absorb is right? or bullshit? LOL
i dont know that...

ex: you absorb 2000 calories per day(i dont know i absorb) and you loose just 500 calories in training its bad or? cause on the (electric carpet)-- i say it in english? the carpet you loose (approxi) 500 callories per 45 minutes and you make just that is good or? its that i dont know?..

and when you write eat 6-7x per day i dont very understand that?

I eat my three meal by days an the other eat? its fruit , vege, yogourt? that count for 2-3 other meal or..?

thx all, i start in that
i speak french all time ,bad english lol

how many calories you gain depends on how much you eat, and how many calories you burn depends on how intensly you train and do cardio, your diet (bulking or shredding) and other daily activities.
generally bodybuilders try to get around 5 meals a day, small and convienient ones, yet packed ot the brim with protien and other nutrients.

Eat every 2 hours when trying to bulk up. As long as you get a decent amount of protein and carbs your good.

I think everty 2 hours and 15 minutes would work better ha ha whatever just eat..too many dudes dont eat and wonderwhy they dont get bigger..I was training a 20 yr old who was 6' 3' and weighed 148 lbs every day he came to the gym around 1 p.m. I would ask him what he ate and every day was the same answer "nothing" u gotta eat a lot to get big but u cant eat a 1lb steak every 2 hours..
