for quick meals to stay healthy and not eat something bad for me is the healthy choice and lean cuisine meals any good? or are they just as bad as any other "t.v. dinner".

HEALTHY CHOICE HAVE TRANS FATS AND PROBABLY TOO MANY CARBS. LEAN CUISING DOES NOT HAVE TRANS FATS BUT DOES HAVE TOO MANY CARBS. SOUTH BEACH IS PROBABLY THE BEST OF THE THREE.

You might as well just start stocking up on tuna, oatmeal, eggs, lean meats, whole wheat or stoneground whole wheat bread.

imo they are aren't as bad as going to taco bell, but a can of tuna or chicken breast in water with some bread or rice is a better "healthy choice" they have 90sec rice that cooks in the microwave, just make sure it is the brown kind, and mix in a can of meat and u got a meal in about 2 min!

The about those microwavable foods are that they are for the most part precooked with alot of preservitives and all that crap. I stay away from most instant foods, I would rather eat tuna out of the can (which I do). My opinion is that your just better off with something that you can fully control.
