I hardly eat tuna. Egg whites will soon become one of your best friends. A dozen egg whites a day won't steer you wrong. 3.6 grams of protein per one large egg white.

I was a tuna slave at one time. Try salmon (fresh is expensive) but canned you get more sodium (less expensive) so take your pick. Try lemon pepper on tuna or salmon to give it some flavor.

I grew up eating mayo mixed with tuna fish, like a tuna salad kinda thing. It's actually pretty good with some chopped red onions.

It's pretty good, I just mix it in a bowl with mayonaise until I get the consistancy I like, then let it get cold in the fridge. After its cold I put it on white bread and enjoy. Thats one of the few occasions that I even eat mayo because I normally don't like it.

yeah i hate tuna. there was a point when i was in high school when i was eating two cans of tuna with nothing added, just plain old tuna and choked it down with water. there were some gags but i knew it was worth it.

for a quick snack, what i usually do at school in between classes is this

1 can of tuna
1 pack of easy mac

takes 5 min to make, just make the easy mac and mix them, its tasty just add salt and pepper if you need to

you get about 45g protein and 50g carbs

also i like to include a piece of orbit gum for afterwards especially if you are going to class afterwards like me

That's true, but you should get as much protein from a meat as you can. I think it has to do with the ami no acid profile that meat has compared to manafactured protein.

dude this is what i have done for years. get some good quality tuna from your health food store, i usually just get there brand name. then i open 2 cans and get a big glass of water, put the biggest bite in your mouth as possible, then take a drink, swish it around then swollow! i can eat 2 cans in like a min and a half
