Getting big is all about eating a lot of the right food! If u expect to get to 200lbs when ur only 135.. eating a 2000 cal diet is NOT GONNA GET U BIG! It's common sense...
30 min in the gym ain't gonna do nothing for u... Ofcourse u gotta life heavy to get big and thats where REST days come into play! I don't see Arnold or Coleman lifting 30, 40 50lbs dumb bells as their heaviest weight to try and get huge.
