ok first problem for not gaining weight.. ur not eating enough! ur 135 eat above 3000 cals!!!!!! 30 min in the gym??? Are u kidding me??? you can't do shit for 30 min except maybe stretch and a light warm up... u need to sit down and plan out a proper workout regiment! C'mon man it's common sense!!! I'm tired of all these kids who want to get big but don't put enough dedication into their workouts! You need TO EAT BIG TO GET BIG AND LIFT HEAVY TO GET BIG! FRIG! Too much protein is not good for u... YAH IF YOU DON"T DRINK ENOUGH WATER TO FLUSH UR LIVER OUT PROPERLY! dude u gotta do PROPER research... not just read what people on boards write but actual scientific articles as well as listening to EXPERIENCED individuals!!!

There isn't any science behind grinding up OATS and drinking it with whey. If it sinks down to the bottom, take a spoon swirl that shit up, drink it, swirl it again, drink it...

Grinding it up isn't about science, it's about making it easier and quicker to injest. And gaining muscle weight isn't just about eating big and lifting heavy, eating too big will add on more fat than is needed.

Lifting heavy all the time isn't the best thing to build muscle either seeing as the best range for muscle development is a 6-12 rep range limit.

1. Put Oats in a blender with Whey and water... Press the Mix button for 15 seconds.
2. Drink.
Simple as that

Getting big is all about eating a lot of the right food! If u expect to get to 200lbs when ur only 135.. eating a 2000 cal diet is NOT GONNA GET U BIG! It's common sense...

30 min in the gym ain't gonna do nothing for u... Ofcourse u gotta life heavy to get big and thats where REST days come into play! I don't see Arnold or Coleman lifting 30, 40 50lbs dumb bells as their heaviest weight to try and get huge.

Right but he also has to take it progressively and not get into the "I need to pump up my ego today." Use good form and isolate the muscle. As your muscles grow you will be able to increase in poundages.

Arnold and Coleman both took steroids, so you can't really compare it to him. And I know perfectly that him taking in 2000 calories a day isn't gonna get him big, thats why i suggested early on that he increase it at least 500 more calories a day.
