2-3 hours is way too long. 1-1.5hrs at most and the 1.5hr is on leg day. Use excel or word and make your own log.

Do you have a diet planned out? Anything related to that?

I read the log you wrote and made some suggestions to it. Only thing right now that I would add onto that is to drink milk with breakfast as well and try to get in a protein shake like 30-60 minutes before you get to the gym.

You are working out too much, everyday if i have read correctly, thats just silly, also, waking at 5:00am? What kind of time do you get to sleep? You should have AT LEAST 8 hours of quality sleep a night, if you are asleep by 10, that would be fine, but i doubt this is the case. Remember, you grow when you rest, NOT when you are bustin' your ass in the gym. Sort your rest periods, offdays out first, then move to the diet man.

Sleeeep, important. He might not be working out for those 2-3 hours straight, his breaks in between sets might be too long, that in it of itself is another problem.

His diet doesn't look like it could support alot of muscle growth where its at.

"Calories: 1932
Fat: 39.25
Carbs: 252
Protein: 143.1 "

Those are the numbers I pulled out from his diet, thats all that he knows, so to be somewhat fair for the rest of the uncounted meals the calories could be estimated around 2200, fat up to 43-46, carbs up to around 270-280, and protein around 150. Doesn't sound like enough to me.

If he can mantain bodyweight and muscle on that diet and his workout routine then he should alter his diet because his body is just getting enough to sustain and not to grow.
