Hi guys/gals im new to this forum so HI to all

As the topic states what would be the optimal time to eat your last meal, i tend to drop my carbs drastically after 6pm basically on the thought that i dont need any more carbs for energy. I no that you should consume your meals every 2-3 hours but everbody runs on different time schedule , would eating your last meal say at 7:30 bring you into a catabolic state over your rest period. I tend to loose weight faster i dont eat after 7:30-8:00

your last meal can be right before bed. It should be late, and it should consist of slow digestive protein. chicken is always a good bedtime meal.

I no were you guys are coming from you need a slow realeasing protein like caesin for overnight but i tend to loose body fat alot easier when i dont eat after 7:30. For what reason would this be i cant see it being that catabolic considering i have 250g of protein a day and im basically doing nothing after thoes hours anyway

It totally depends on ur body bro and how clean ur eating. when i eat extremely clean(no processed sugar at all) I drop weight fast even consuming 3500 calories a day. if uve been eating clean for a while, or arent eating enough for your metabolism, it may be crucial for you to eat something right before bed. if you dont, you may be burning up ur last meal by 1 or two hours into your sleep. Just because you're losing weight faster when you dont eat a bedtime meal, doesnt mean your losing more bodyfat. Remember, when you drop weight fast, you are sacraficing a good % of muscle with that fat. and, bedtime meals are CRUCIAL, look into the changes in your body when you sleep. this is when your body heals itself and releases gh, among many other things. this is not a time to let ur body run on empty.

I only loose 1lb a week but i do consume around 20grams of processed sugar through my low joule yougurt i have. Do you belive it can be that unbenificial and platau my results

Bro, i would ditch the dairy all together. Dairy, lactose actually(milk sugar), is hard to digest and is not ideal for any diet. avoid the milk completely

Check these two links out then:
Shouldn't I cut carbs, especially fruit, before bed because it will instantly turn into fat?

Minimal carb after 6. Eat tons of veggies and anything high in protein (Tuna, Chicken breast etc.). Milk is not good pre bed time as knuckles said, I tend to stay away from milk.
