I'm looking to continue building plus looking to shred some fat but am a little unsure of what is the most effective way.

If anyone could up some tips it'd be a great help.

Moderate cardio. Walking for 30 minutes on a treadmill or taking the dog for a walk 4-5 times a week will definitely help you lose some bodyfat, without dangerously affecting your muscle gains. Running intensively or doing the stairmaster for 45 minutes at a good pace will probably burn those extra calories you need for getting bigger.
