I spend every free minute i have eating but its not enough. i need to eat while i sleep. Anyone tried hooking up an Inter Venus? I know for a fact that pros like Melvin Anthony, etc do it. Are IV's super expensive? Anyone tried this?

keep a journal of your diet and see how many calories you really need. Odds are that you probably do not eat as much as you think you do/you do not need as much as you think you do. Post your diet and your journals.

Shakes dude. The key to mass. You can slam a quick 1000 cal shake easy. Plus eat a meal.

Why don't you just wake up and eat a meal or have a shake in the middle of the night if you need food that much?

an IV at night seems a bit over the top. Try downing a good slow digesting protein before bed, that should help.

It means to give medications/liquids via a vein. It is the fastest way to deliver medications or fluids to the body.

And you feel comfortable putting an IV into yourself every night??? you're crazy bro. If you cant eat enough that you have to consider that, ur either full of shit or have no idea how to eat properly and/or what to eat. Im not trying to be a jerk about it, but this post is ridiculous. 16 waking hours to eat, you can cram a lot of calories in that time period, even without shakes... this is one of the most idiotic posts i have ever read on a forum. do you have any idea what you are saying?? you would have to have a port put into your vein. would you walk around with a port in your arm?? are you gunna clean it multiple times a day? i dont believe any pro would be stupid enough to even try it.
