hey anyone out there have any great recipe's? check this shake out that i make and drink once a day
.12 whole eggs
.1 cup oatmeal
.2 tblspns of all natural peanut butter
.1 tblspn of macadaiun nut oil
.scoop of glutamine
.scoop of creatine
.1 cup milk
blend it up, and chug it down, its pretty nasty and mixes like cement in your stomach, but i gain like crazy
I usually use egg whites, ice cream, dextrose, protein powder, glutamine, whole milk&water, and some fruit like bananas and strawberries, post WO of course
damn that's alot of uh...well that's a nasty combination...i'm sure u have great gains but i don't know if i'd ever put all that into one shake oh well whatever works for u right. Oh and big mike who is that in your avatar?

yeah when i first started doing it, my girlfriend would stay away, but now my stomach can handle anything, it does not even fase me anymore. and yes this pic is of me summer of 05, i was about 289 290 there. i am only about 275 now. i am pursuing my career now so dont have time to compete anymore

ha ha yeah man it is pretty hard core, there was a time when i did that twice a day, i would buy 15 dozzen eggs a week. at that rate i would have to take out half the yolks, have to watch my collesteral

yeah and high cholesterol was already a problem for me, and no i never got my pro card man, i have competed and won alot of comp's but never went pro, im more into power and strength then posing
