whats up everyone, we all know that summer is around the corner, well in australia anyway. so im trying my best to get shreded. i need ur help and opinions with my nutrition, it looks like this:
MEAL 1: 3/4c oatmeal, protein shake in water, either a coffee or a orange
juice.
cardio.
MEAL 2: 1 c of cottage cheese mixed with 2 tbsp of natrual peanut butter, or 2 eggs scrambled with 6 egg whites with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast.
MEAL 3: chicken or steak with brown rice and veggies.
MEAL 4: 1 can tuna with raw spanich,tomatoes,mushrooms 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oli. 1 low fat cheese stick.
MEAL 5: pre-workout meal. protein shake with banana.
MEAL 6: post-workout meal. 2 slices of deli turkey.
MEAL 7: 2 pieces of chicken with 2 cups of broccoli.
MEAL 8: 1 cup of egg whites or a protein shake.
im thinking of changing meal 5 to meal 6 and meal 6 to meal 5. what u all think? |
