Hello all,

I need a few opinions to build on my own.. In advance, thank you for all your suggestions.

--> I've been training for sometime now and I feel I've gained enough size. I started training at 17 years old, my measurements were as follows:

Height: 5'11 3/4
Weight:162lbs
Neck: 14.5"
Chest: 41"
Arms: 14"
Waist: 27.5"
Legs: 23"
Calves: 14"

Now my measurments:

Height: Same as above
Weight: 247lbs
Neck: 18"
Chest: 48"
Arms: 18"
Waist: 33"
Legs: 26.5"
Calves: 15"(genetics )

--> I cycle on and off of the following: Creatine, Tribulus, No2, HMB, ZMA
--> My constants are: Multi-Vitamin (Iron free for absorbsion), Glutamine, Amino Acids(Amino GH Releasers)

I really want to cut down for the summer/trip to Cancun. I've been really watching my salt intake carfully, cycled off the above (but kept my constants). In addition, I reduced my means to 6 a day instead of 8. Instead of 1g of Protein for body pound, I've increased to 1 1/2. My trans fats are virtually zero, and my saturated is fairly low. My carbs are 1 - 1.5g per body pound.

^^ any suggestions on dieting down would be great.

Also - any suggestions of keeping my muscles "full" while dieting down? I mean you see guys who jump on fat burners and lose incredible amounts of weight.. but they look like shit.

Any and all of your suggestions are appreciated.

Happy Training,
danson

I didnt get all of what you said, but keeping your strenght while dieting down can be done the following way:
1. Stop taking much proteins and fat, and from there u just train as usual. Worked for me about 3 months ago, but I didnt mean to :P
