Hello guys,I have a question about the milk.I drink milk post-workout and have a yoghurt.I think milk has 20% whey and 80 % casein protein, right? Should I replace milk with something else, after my workout (for example tuna) or I should keep drinking milk? What's your opinion?

Howbout an actual protein shake. I always have a shake with at least 30gms of protein after a workout. I also eat about 60 carbs coming from oats or rice.

after my workouts i take

Allmax strawberry isolate protein, 1 scoop mixed in with a Power aid and 1 banana!

milk is slow digesting and your muscles want the protein fast so either drink your shakes with water or mix it with power aid brother.

Also during the day i drink three gainer shakes with milk but right after a workout no dice.

Since we have the opportunity to eat several smaller meals during the day, unless your job will not allow it, as well as having the ability to supplement protein, it is recommended to use Whey protein during the day, as this is easier/faster to digest. This is important especially pre and post workout. Casein, which digests slower, thus staying with you longer, is recommended before sleep, so as your body can feed of of this during sleepy time.
That is, unless you want to wake up and do some whey in the middle of the night.
Also, if you are going to miss a meal, the Casein is a better bet for the same reason, it stays with you longer. That said, it is far better at any time to use any protein available rather than no protein.

So to answer your question, the best time for milk is before bed, just like mom used to tell you!
Or IMO, to wash down a Meal Replacement Bar.

What castiron said is right on the dot. You need a protein shake that doesn't have caseine in it. Quick digesting proteins are better. You would be good by mixing water with whatever protein powder you like.

Milk is terrible as a post workout meal. The reason...? It's slow digesting , after a workout you need something that will get absorbed to your system right away (whey protein and dextrose/maltose). 1 gallon a day of milk is absurd unless your thinking of gaining weight and due to the sugar content you'll grow a few inches in your waist size. Take whey as a post workout shake.

Cheers.

If you are mixing it with Whey, that is perfectly fine, especially in the morning...kind of the best of both worlds. Keep in mind, all of your intake is predicated on your overall meal plan.
If you know the basics, you can make a plan...so just learn the basics of your foods and supp's, and use your best logic to draw up a template diet plan, test it to see if it agrees with you as well as your system, re-adjust as necessary, and go with it. Of course, you can always tweak on the fly.

IMO...I prefer, and would suggest, a specifically prepared post-workout mix. I have used Myogenics After-Shock, and I am now using Universal LAVA. They both work equally as well, however, the LAVA is a bit cheaper, and I know there are several others with and without creatine etc. Doing this takes all of the guess-work out of the picture.
