What types of fats should i consume in my diet? And what types should i avoid? i know there are supposed to be certain fats that help produce testosterone. If anyone could give me any information about the different types of fats and what ones you should and shouldn't eat, i would really appreciate it. Thank you.
Eat poly and mono unsaturated fat, omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. (unsalted almonds, olive oil, salmon and tuna, total efa oil by HFS are a few examples). Avoid saturated and trans-fatty acids.
