I either make a full meal, and that'll be my protein intake. or when im real lazy ill just have oatmeal with protein shake. get around 40grms protein. I think if you take a prtein shake, then 20-30 minutes later have a high protein breakfest your not getting the full benefit cause you can only digest so much protein @ a time. unless you want to have your shake 1.5 - 2hrs before breakfest !!

NOT exactly true...
Your body can digest a simple whey/water shake fairly quickly as soon as you wake up simply because after "fasting" all night your body is dying to suck in some nutrients. Give yourself 30-45 minutes and then have a real meal - you'll be perfectly fine and there won't be any wasted food in your body....
