I personally think putting on mass is on one hand to specific and personal to generalize and on the other I feel some simple statements could be made pertaining to all individuals. I think that statement would be to find the training routine and combination/timing of foods that is specifically tailored to your needs so that it will help you minimize fat gain and maximize muscle gain.

Well for me the training would have to be DC and I eat as close to: 50g lean pro & complex 100 carbs every meal. I try to eat every 2 to 2.5 hours, and wake up and have a whey shake with a scoop or two of weight gainer stuff. And I don't ever forget about propper PWO nutrition. this does the trick for me.
