Hello Everybody,

I understand that we are suppossed to eat about 60 to 80 grams of simple carbs along with 20 to 40 grams of protein post workout, normally if I only do weights I'm so nauseous after my workout I can't eat for an hour, should I force feed myself or wait til I'm hungry?

If I do aerobics (30 to 50 minutes) after weight training then I can eat. But what should I do about days I don't do aerobics.
