I know both have high protien, but what i want to know is which is better for u to eat before or after a workout?

You should be aware that eating a lot of tuna might produce mercury intoxication.

Yeah do not become a slave to canned tuna. When you do eat it I would suggest getting low sodium tuna. Eat chicken on a regular basis and throw in tuna every now and then.

It is easier to count calories throught canned tuna, and it is cheaper but I would shoot for both. Chicken Breast with A1's sauce tastes really good. Tuna in oil is a good source of fats thought.

The omega 3 fatty acids you are referring to are in the meat.
