I'm in my last year of high school soo I usually have a giant breakfast at 730, a protien shake before first class(830ish), some sort of protien bar or oats bar after first class(945) and than a big lunch(1115-1130), after 3rd class I have a sandwich, with turkey, cheese( since im bulking) flax bread (this at about 120), and than after school I come home and have a protien bar or shake, and whatever pre workout supplements(300) go to the gym, get home at around 430-5, prepare dinner, eat at 515 530, eat something else at 7ish, and a big glass of milk before bed.(900-930) Yea its alot of food( I havent counted calories, but I know its a decent amount for bulking) I don't have specific times that I eat, I just try to eat ever hour to 1.5 hours. Lots of carbs, protien with every meal. Oh yea I almost forgot, I like to drink 2 litres to a gallon of water a day. |
