I eat a lot of protein and i drink a lot of water.

And that means i piss a lot

My problem is the swollen bladder issues i have when i wake up in the morning cause Ive heald everything in the whole night. Even if i wake up in the middle of the night to vein drain, i still wake up and feel like someone shot me down there and have to go REALLY BADLY. All these can cause me to have some serious bladder problems and i want to avoid that.

Any tips??

Ever think about talking to your doctor?

You could have an undersized bladder or something preventing you from comletely emptying it when you go... get checked out, or it could lead to incontinence with age..

i goto the washroom so much it sucks but when your drinking and eating as much as we do its a given,so...

try not drinking a protein shake before bed, insted eat a bowl of cottage cheese, and nothing to drink, for one its a slow digesting source of pro but with no drink could be even slower..lol

just a thought
