tuna and rice.

i often make tuna and rice its simple and quick to make and cam be made in bulk and stored/used in small portions.

3 cup fulls of rice.
2 tins of tuna

per serving

ad a little mayonase to the tuna flakes and mix in once rice is drained off.



let it cool and its soo nice, i love it

I like tuna and whole grain pasta with some "extra light" olive oil.

rice is great....sometimes when theres jack shit left ill wip up some brown rice and eat it plain on its own.
a bloody great meal you got going there.

Try mixing 1 can tuna, 1 can black beans, 1 can corn, and cooked brown rice in a skillet or pot. Add a lil soy sauce and dill. It's quick & tastey. The rice is actualy optional, but it's great if you want extra cals. If you really want carbs take all this and put it in a whole wheat low fat tortilla.

so u just cook the tuna in with the rice or just add it after u have cooked the rice?

yeah rice and tuna is good. What i really like though is a bowl of brown rice, cut up chicken, and cheese on top of it all. It is delicious.
