cook it how you like it - getting enough 'real food' protein into is going to be tough, so why bring out the gag reflex any earlier than necessary? Might as well as enjoy it before it turn from "woohoo, steak!!" to "oh god, not another meal already!!"

Agreed. I usually stick to chicken, lean red meat(96% lean ground beef), and egg whites when I'm bulking up.

all of those sources of meat are good. I couldn't tell you to eat one more because they are all good to eat. I can just tell you to not eat A LOT of red meat such as steak because of the high amounts of saturated fat in it.

I agree, choose round steak and cut off the little fat that is there.

why remove the albumin from the egg whites?
The fat is necessary for the protein use right?

No that's like saying that every protein source with no fat the protein doesn't get used by the body. Egg yolks are good in moderation but you don't want to eat 10 of them a day.

Meat is great for you but I don't even eat that much cause it's expensive. A can of tuna & a chicken breast or some sliced turkey is all. The rest of my protein usually comes from skim milk, whole eggs, fat free cottage cheese, maybe some low fat string cheese or shredded cheddar, etc. (thank God I have no problems w/ lactose). Also a decent amount from bread & pasta & beans.
