What foods for a meal plan?

Looking for a little help from everyone.
I need a list of foods that you all eat or like to eat that if you had to write yourself a meal plan you would include. If you know the nutritional facts of GI that’s awesome but if not its ok I’ll find it.

So you guys tell me what food exactly you would like to have on a meal plan.

Lean Protein Sources:
Chicken Breast
Tuna
Turkey
Lean steak

Carb Sources:
Yams/sweeet potatoes
brown rice
old fashioned oats

Veggies (also carbs, cal count not included in some diets, dpeends on goals)
Spinach
Broccoli
Green Peppers
Asparagus

Fruits: (keep to a minimum if cutting)
Berries
grapefruit
apples
frozen grapes (wathc it though, these are high in sugars)

Beverages:
Water water water water ... oh, and more water

ya just cant go past almonds and milk. especially milk. best thing a person could devour imo
the above mentioned foods are very excellent for a bodybuilder.
