I am a new guy who is now in the phase of going from maintaining to adding muscle. My next step is to add supplements to my diet and there are so many on the market I am confused. Do I do powders, shakes, tabs, drops? Can anyone give me advice on brands to look at OR stay away from. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks

#1 would be a whey isolate as it's really just an extension of your diet which is the most important thing. Anabolic Innovations whey is good priced and gives you a lot of flavor options

get youself some whey protien,(poweder) some aminos(pills/liquid/powder) and some glutamin(powder/pills). those things should be your basics. you can add creatine/ZMA/CLA/ green tea all that other good stuff later. right now get your basics in your diet.
