I just got to the west coast for collge and I am having a tough time eating enough meals. Thank God this is only for 9 months. Here is my basic meal plan the last few days, remember I eat cafeteria food and have no supplements anymore not even multivitamins cuz I have no job yet.

Meal 1: 4 scrambled eggs
1 slice of Whole Wheat toast with peanut butter
Bowl of fruit (cantelope etc.)
1 bowl of oatmeal or wheatgerm
2 cups of 1% milk

Meal 2: Chicken Sandwich on whole wheat
Bowl of veggies
2 cups of 1% milk

Meal 3: Protein bar with mostly soy protein
2 cups of 1% milk

Meal 4: 6inch Tuna Sub with everything on it

Meal 5: Protein bar with mostly soy protein
2 cups of 1% milk

There has never been a catabolic bodybuilder. Until Now!!!

What is your goal? Are you trying to maintain your weight, cut fat, bulk?

Do you know your daily caloric needs?
This tool is handy:
bodybuilding.com/fun/calrmr.htm

You really need to break down your diet into total calories, fat, protein, and carbs.

Right. Eating at a cafeteria is practically like eating out in a restaurant. Unless you fix your own food, you really don't know what's in it. However, you can still see what's on the menu, and give it your best shot.

It looks like your diet is too high in fat... You'll need to break down the calories into fat, protein, and carbs, to confirm this... Keep your fat under 15%.

Dump the peanut butter.... Stay away from Soy.... it acts like estrogen in your body.

Invest in some WPI, and dump the protein bars... it's less expensive, and gives you more of what you want, and less of what you don't.

keep an emergency can of tuna and a can opener in your backpack, cook, portion, and freeze a week's worth of meats every Sunday. Get protein bars, peanuts or almonds from the bulk section of the grocery store etc... A little planning and anabolic nutrition should take less time than running across to the cafeteria everyday.

Try fitday.com for the free stuff, but don't bother buying the software, the free online info is enough to chart everything, and it'll graph it all for you, create pie charts etc
