I just got to the west coast for collge and I am having a tough time eating enough meals. Thank God this is only for 9 months. Here is my basic meal plan the last few days, remember I eat cafeteria food and have no supplements anymore not even multivitamins cuz I have no job yet.
Meal 1: 4 scrambled eggs
1 slice of Whole Wheat toast with peanut butter
Bowl of fruit (cantelope etc.)
1 bowl of oatmeal or wheatgerm
2 cups of 1% milk
Meal 2: Chicken Sandwich on whole wheat
Bowl of veggies
2 cups of 1% milk
Meal 3: Protein bar with mostly
soy protein
2 cups of 1% milk
Meal 4: 6inch Tuna Sub with everything on it
Meal 5: Protein bar with mostly soy protein
2 cups of 1% milk
