Here is a link to a calculator that will do the math for you.
Bodybuilding.com - How Much Protein Do You Need Calculator.

Also, if you scroll down on the link it will break it down for you on how much you should consume depending on what you are supplementing it for.

well here is what i think there is no way you can eat that much protein day in and day out and stay healthy unless you are on mucho roids. Here is a training plan i made up for the natural bodybuilder say you way 180 then on training days your protien intake would be 180 x 1.5 =273 over 9 meals with 6 being every three hours and one before training and two simulteaneously after training.trainig days mon, wed, fri weights non training cardio tues, thurs, sat 15 min to 45min depending on your goals. On these days protein intake 180 over 6 meals and that leaves one complete rest day sunday this day calories drop protein intake 90 grams carbs from complex sources should be used and be double protein intake.
so there it is feel free to ask any questions i will gladly respond

protein base is .5 and daily max is 1.5 and all of this would be coming from food not shakes this would be the only way to see if the body would be able to handle.off course many people might say that it might not be enough but if you always keep carbs double protien this will work out to be alot of work for the body even if you supplement with a gainer shake.

you will have a hard time because you have to lift weights according to your body weight it is the same as how you calculate your food intake for example if you weigh
180 then, for barbell curls you would divide 180 by 2 90 therefore your barbell max would be 90 lbs.To get there pyramid up the weight e.g start with 50,70,90 each set 12 reps then make three additional sets with your working weight max which is 90lbs.You can pretty much figure out the rest.this of course is if you are already indecent shape i mean that your abs are visible. If they aren't forget about bodybuilding and lose weight first .Best gainer shake ever made mass tech it is perfect 3:1 carbs you willgain muscle mass quiqly that is if you are looking to gain weight so if it is hard to eat all that food use mass tech.

unfortunately i live in barbados a country where the cost of living is extremely high
and all supplements are extremely overpriced i started using this programm and got good results but soon money issues kicked in and i had to stop and size went as quicly as it came plus being a security gaurd and having to work the grave yard shift hinders my efforts greatly so for now iam out of the game until a can save some money and buy supplements from the states

if it says i could participate in the vote i would, but because i am somehow forbidden to do so i'd say...
dunno, probably 1.5 to 2 - i dont count, its just too much for me to count protien intake constantly so i just shovel it in
