Looks like a good plan. I would probably just do protein before bed though. The carbs that are in the banana and the rice cake will make your fat loss process alot slower. Thats just my opinion though.

Get your bodyfat tested. Many gyms will do it for free.

I think you need to break down your calories and macronutrients. I use a program called 'Calorie King' Nutrition and Exercise Manager.

Your diet seems to be missing vegetables. Steamed broccoli is one of the best.

I'm not familiar with muscle milk. I use WPI powder, like GF-Pro or Nectar, then either toss in some ground oatmeal, or eat some whole grain bread with it.

Stay away from simple carbs, and stick to whole grain foods.

30 minutes of low intensity cardio is good. You want to keep your heart rate down in the 'fat burning' region. I try and burn 500 calories each cardio session. Every two weeks, I change my cardio routine. Walking up an incline on the treadmill is good.

Definitely break down your calories and macros.... keep track of what you eat every day. Keep your total fat down to 15% of your total caloric intake.
