Could someone please post a good meal plan for bulking?

I need to know the exact foods on each meal.

Any feedback will be appreceated.

Well...Im 19yrs old....5'8 170....about 8% BF....bench 280lbs...squat 400lbs

Ive been lifting since i was about 15 for football but i have been training like a bodybuilder for a little over a year.

I have decided to start competeing next year....next July to be exact. I think that i can compete because i have a good build for it.

I need a new diet to put on tons of mass......I have my own diet that is working ok but I figured that yall could help me with a better one.

Do a lil search bro. It's fairly easy to come up with a bulking meal plan, especially when the diet evolves arount lean meats like fish, chicken breasts, lean cuts of steak,etc....... Just remember to hit at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. G'luk....

I could post up my diet(which I'm not going to take the time to do right now) but it would mean nothing to you seeing as we're not the same person(height, weight, everything else that makes a difference regarding diet...). So why don't you put up your current diet so people can critique it instead of just giving you theirs, which most likely wont work for you as everyone's different.
