Usually I get an egg poacher and split the egg whites from the yolks (I KNOW I don't have to do this but I seriously do need to be careful of cholesterol due to family history)

Poaching eggs can take a while..(boil the water, cooking times 7mins++)

Today I had scrambled (3 whole eggs, bit of butter + milk + microwave..EASY!)

Damn how much quicker it was!

My question is..I can split the yolks from the whites and just cook the whites in the microwave right?? Just like same technique as before just no yoks?

- You'll have to excuse me...trying to find a slightly quicker way of doing eggs that is just as efficient!

I must be micorwave illeterate cuz every time I try that the f%ckin x-plode!
Good luck w/ that-personally i scramble them up in a pan w/ pam cookin spray.

i fry my eggs...and have em with milk, cinnamon, and banana in a milkshake
u should try out the shake...quite nice

Just a note bro, saturated fat intake is more a factor for high cholesterol levels than actually eating cholesterol.

Scrambled egg whites, oatmeal, and a little bit of ketchup ...along with a scoop of whey in the morning does me fine

Usually i will just scramble them in a pan with some pam ... microwave the oatmeal with some water .... toss those two together into a bowl and put a little bit of ketchup ontop while im eatin .....then drink the whey shake with water an powder
