It currently looks like this:

Day1- Chest/Tris
Day2- Back/Bis
Day3- Off
Day4- Shoulders/Traps
Day5- Legs/Abs
Day6-Off
Day7- Start cycle again

I don't do any cardio, do you think I should on my off days???

This routine will be changing once I"m done my cut. When I begin my bulk, I"m going to be doing the Push/Pull/Leg routine.

I actually would raise calories a bit and add more cardio. I have always found that increasing calories while increasing cardio favors better fat oxidation and overall fat loss.

Would 2 days of cardio for 20 minutes each time be good enough???

In other words, I would do cardio on my off days.

30-45 minutes of low intensity would be perfect.

uugh, I gotta start doing that also, I get to 20min and I'm so friggen bored I stop. When your talking low intensity are you saying at about 60% mhr steady state? I like throwing some intervals in to break up the monoteny, not to many and not every time. I don't want to sabotage my muscle though.

If I were to switch from 4 egg whites to 4 whole eggs, would that be too detrimental to my cut???? I"m kinda of getting tired of egg whites.

I do 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg or 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, makes a big difference in taste etc while still limiting fat intake.

Your diet looks good but there are a few things you didn't mention. For one, you said you were on a cut, but you're not doing any cardio? So does that mean you have a fast metabolism and already have abs showing? I ask because if you don't you absolutely need to add the cardio, and if you are going to do it at a slow pace then you should be doing it for at least 30-45 minutes every day. It seems excessive but many others do much, much more. Also, what is your exact goal? Are you trying to get shredded, or just lean enough for visible abs? Both goals are very hard if your body is a endo-type. All of this leads up to your original question, "how does my diet look?" If you are a fatter type of person then you need to do a hell of a lot of cardio and be SUPER strict on your diet.
That means, Yes keep eating the egg whites...dieting is not fun, it's fucking brutal and the punishment is not meant for people who are constantly looking for an easier way out. Add Zero fat to any of your diet, and I would suggest you eliminate all bread sources. Whole wheat, Million grain-whatever...keep to oatmeal and sweet potatoes. A diet is meant to be monotonous, and boring...That's why you need to have a specific goal. If you're doing this for the hell of it then you most likely will fail. So much detail, and attentiveness has to go into a competetion-esque cutting phase, so know what your goals are.
On the flip side...If you are relatively lean like 11% bodyfat or lower then your diet seems OK....yeah as in Average...For example, look at any diet that a successful competitor for any rank or level uses, and look at them before they start their diet...like a pro for instance...Yeah they have visible abs already and their diet regimine is way harder than what I suggested. So keep that in mind.

Yes, I"m doing a cut. And not currently I dont do any cardio. But I will be starting next week. Probably 2-3 days a week on my off days. No I cannot see my abs at all. Like I said, I"m not obese, I still have fat left on my stomach area and chest. And yes I'm a endo. I used to be 275lbs, until I lost 100lbs on weight lifting and slim fast. Now my plans are to cut the rest of this bodyfat down to a fairly shredded look, then begin a long bulking cycle. I want to get really huge, like Bobby lashley huge. If you don't know how he is, its that big african american dude on WWE.

As far as the bread goes, like I said that was just one day. I never eat the whole wheat english muffin, and I don't eat bread either. I eat ezekial whole wheat tortillas with my lunch and then I have my sweet potatoes with all other meals except breakfast, which of course I have oatmeal. And I am big tim
