Your diet looks good but there are a few things you didn't mention. For one, you said you were on a cut, but you're not doing any cardio? So does that mean you have a fast metabolism and already have abs showing? I ask because if you don't you absolutely need to add the cardio, and if you are going to do it at a slow pace then you should be doing it for at least 30-45 minutes every day. It seems excessive but many others do much, much more. Also, what is your exact goal? Are you trying to get shredded, or just lean enough for visible abs? Both goals are very hard if your body is a endo-type. All of this leads up to your original question, "how does my diet look?" If you are a fatter type of person then you need to do a hell of a lot of cardio and be SUPER strict on your diet.
That means, Yes keep eating the egg whites...dieting is not fun, it's fucking brutal and the punishment is not meant for people who are constantly looking for an easier way out. Add Zero fat to any of your diet, and I would suggest you eliminate all bread sources. Whole wheat, Million grain-whatever...keep to oatmeal and sweet potatoes. A diet is meant to be monotonous, and boring...That's why you need to have a specific goal. If you're doing this for the hell of it then you most likely will fail. So much detail, and attentiveness has to go into a competetion-esque cutting phase, so know what your goals are.
On the flip side...If you are relatively lean like 11% bodyfat or lower then your diet seems OK....yeah as in Average...For example, look at any diet that a successful competitor for any rank or level uses, and look at them before they start their diet...like a pro for instance...Yeah they have visible abs already and their diet regimine is way harder than what I suggested. So keep that in mind. |
