WOW! i took my measurements and i am so dam happy...after 2months+ of training my weight increased from 156 pounds to 175 pounds my arms gained 1.5inchs from 12.5 to 14 my chest from 36 to 40...and my waist size is the same! wad would be the ideal weight for me to stop bulkin? 200pounds?

Nice work so far! I'd go by the mirror instead of the scale to tell me when to stop bulking because if it doesn't look like you're gaining too much fat, then I'd keep going. There's no reason to stop if you're still as lean as you'd like to be.
