i'm 13 weeks out of comp. up untill this point i have allowed myself some sweets but now it is time to cut that out. it is so hard to completly cut out sweets. any suggestions.

You have that calories/sugar free syrup. You have some recipes are semi-sweet but high protein variations. Anything you crave in particular?

Ooh.. well, you can try Anabolic Innovation's cookies. Very good, very healthy. Check out the nutritional profile... anabolicinnovations . com

Also, you can get fat free/sugar free pudding, jello and use your imagination to your heart's content. Just a couple things off the top of my head. Also, look for sugar free DaVinci syrups... you can use those to sweeten coffee, coke, iced tea, etc.

when ever Im in the craving for something sweet Sugar Free Fat Free instant pudding always does the trick. Had been eating chocolate but got pretty sick of it and now am on a vanilla kick. Pretty good stuff though. (and if you want to cut down on the sugar even more try it with Hood Carb/Cal countdown milk instead of skim

Try drinking some Crystal Lite. It usually takes care of sweet cravings for me.
