If you're starving when you wake up, why not just eat breakfast? Or is there something I'm missing about your problem, besides the limited food selection?

You expect to gain weight on that? Looks more like an extreme cutting diet. Go to Fitday.com, registration is free. Start tracking your daily caloric intake and try to eat 500 cals over what you are expending everyday.

Sweet Potatoes/Yams would be a good complex carb source to go along with those also.
