I know this is silly, but the thread has never been made so here it goes. I'm telling you guys, eating 6-8 meals a day not to mention big portions (clean food only) makes you fart like crazy? Sometimes i even scare the customers outta the store.
Or when i have a couple of customers close to eachother looking at sneakers on the display i'll squeeze in the crowd and let it rip. God forbid they found out its Big Nav, but this way they wont know its me. And instead look @ eachother. I even drive around with my windows down! During the 7 months off from the gym that i had, i didnt fart. Even when i was dieting down last summer i didnt fart as much. But now its like a nuclear chain reaction with my bulking.
I know its the protein but anything to eat with the food that'll slow the ahem-ahem down? More veggies? More fruits? Any suggestions?
