I bought some Vanilla Soy Milk.. and it tastes insanely good.. its relatively low fat for milk, high protein. Anyone know if theres a catch? Is it better than normal milk for bbing?

Soy is known to increase estrogen in men and women, which means fat. It can also inhibit the absorbtion of certain medications. Most bodybuilders prefer to stay clear of soy products.
