here is what i would do bro, i have posted my changes in bold
also, go over to fitday.com and plug your diet in, it will give you a nutrient breakdown, this will better help you to make sure your getting enough, or too many calories/protein/carbs/fat

Here is my diet so far this week:

Meal 1:
1 Small bowl of Total Whole wheat Cereal w/ Whole Milk(way too much sugar and fat, go with oatmeal/grits/whole wheat toast)
12oz Whey Protein Shake(egg whites if possible 8-10)
2 Salmon Oil Caplets(omega-3)(save them for a pro/fat meal)

Meal 2:
(where is your protein source?)
2 cups of salad mostly lettuce and carrots(nice)
2 tablesppon of Fat free ranch dressing(nice)
1 banana(no need for this)
(you could add your salmon oil here)
Meal 3:

1 large baked potato
2 Palm sized grilled chicken breasts
2 cups steamed mixed veggies
Multivitamin

Meal 4:
5 eggwhites(add a couple more egg whites)
1 banana(go with oatmeal, or brown rice)

Snack:(these are pretty much sugars, go for something with a low glycemic index, like brown rice/oats/yams.)
1 apple
1 banana

Meal 5:
1 cup of white rice( cut this)
2 palm size steaks with hot sauce
2 cups steamed carrots

Meal 6:
12oz Whey Protein Shake
2 Salmon Oil caps(omega-3)

Any Advice will be greatly appreciated.
