Hey everyone I'm 21 year old male 160 pounds and 5'7 and really trying to tighten up my diet I found a multigrain pita which contains:

140 cals
2G of fat
no trans fat
4G of fiber
26G of carbs
6G of protein

Does this seem like something good to add into my diet either after lifting with my protein shake oe anywhere else? any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated , thanks.

It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish and what your diet already looks like. It is hard for someone to say "yes this will help" when I don't know what else you are eating with it, what else you have had throughout the day, what your workout plan is like, and whether you want to bulk/cut etc.

My daily diet is as follows:

1st meal: protein shake with water and shredded wheat with skim milk

Meal 2: (post-workout) protein shake with water (sometimes shredded wheat with skim milk)

Meal 3: fajita lean steak strips mixed with brown rice

meal 4: egg whites/protein bar/protein shake

Okay and what are you trying to accomplish with this? Are you trying to bulk up and get more muscular or are you just trying to merely lose weight?
